Get Limed!
Here is something that I found interesting. This website is very unique or at least something that I have not come across before. This website sells trendy jewelry. Now you will be thinking what is so unique about that? This girl has gone crazy. Hold on, I will explain….This site sells only one piece of jewelry at a time. The jewelry is handmade and is limited edition. Even the selling concept is unique, on the website they have the image of the item they are currently selling and next to it are a few small rectangle boxes termed “lime” each lime has a price at which you can buy the item displayed. For example, there is a $3 lime and if you are able to select it than you bought the item for $3 and now that lime is no longer available for others. Each lime has a different price and as each lime gets disabled the price gets higher. The prices in the limes can range anything from $3 and upwards. The best thing is that they have a full refund policy, minus the shipping.

2009 Aesop Accolades: The Barefoot Book of Earth Tales. By Dawn Casey. Illustrated by Anne Wilson. Barefoot Books, 2009.
Ages 5 to 11 yearsCompiled By: Dawn Casey
Illustrated By: Anne Wilson
This is a well-written, educational, greatly illustrated story book which values the Earth through tales from different countries and related activities. As you read the tales you get immersed in the stories and are reminded of the importance of taking care of our planet. It's great to see how other parts of the world view the gift of nature.
It has the added bonus of related activities. This would be a wonderful book for a classroom or for keeping away summer boredom for a family.
